u know when I get remotely upset..even just a little..I develop a headache..not the kind tat I can ignore..it's really those..pounding headache..as if someone's having a rock concert upstairs..n I can really feel the heat building up within me..n it just hurts so horribly..even my eyeballs hurt when it happens..I was a bit upset today..so I went through the whole day of school feeling like tat..GRRR..

I need to learn how to exercise self control..tsk..just becos I got a bit upset den headache the whole day..nonsense..

Thursdays are so crappy..
